About Me? Hmm.
Writing is as essential to me as breathing, so blogging is a logical output for my addiction. Okay, so what can I say about me. I am a middle-aged, college educated (Go UofA Wildcats!) Wife and Stay At Home Mother of two boys in Phoenix. I am petite but mighty, sarcastic but caring, middle class but sinking…you get the picture. Since five, I have had an opinion about lots of things. I have traveled many places on our Planet and thus have a more globally moderate perspective because of my journey. I’ve also traveled to 48 states in the U.S. in a similar fashion to the Vacation movies, really. I surround myself with people of all kinds and I often say that if I got all my friends and relatives in one room, there would certainly be a fist fight! I have my artsy fartsy crowd, my Republican conservative religious friends (I am not), my International friends, my Mommy club friends, etc.etc. If I were a recipe: One park Yankee practicality, one part sarcasm, one part bohemian granola girl, one part urban Mommy, one part flaky, late, cluttered, irresponsible youngest kid of three, one part guy’s girl, one part complete paranoid theorist, one part friendly connector and 100% out there. I believe everyone has a story that needs to be told, if you ask the right questions. The blogs will be sometimes topical and sometimes things that bug me (very Seinfeldian). I also hope blogging will allow me to support my kids and still be around. Ulitmately, I’ve threatened to write full time and the blogosphere is a cool way to do it. Cut out the middle man, here I am. Having a wired husband helps with the details. I look forward to sharing some coffee talk and ultimately saving the world through blogging (that is my sarcastic take on the beauty contest questions). Hey just for fun, you write about yourself and post it here. It’ll be like a cocktail party game!
